Fan favourite and emerging star Andrew "BEEF" Johnston has earned his PGA Tour card last Sunday, and in true BEEF style he earned it on no other day than National Cheeseburger Day!!! That's right, National Cheeseburger Day!
With a blistering second round 63 and and a final round 68 to finish in fourth position at the Albertsons Boise Open on the WEB.com Tour. It moved him into sixth on the money list and securing him a spot on the PGA Tour next season at next months Safeway Open.

"I'm very happy," Johnston told Golf Channel after. "To come over and get what I was trying to do is big."
You can expect BEEF to pull some big crowds in the next PGA season, he rose to fame after telling reporters he was going to get absolutely hammered after winning his first European Tour event, the Spanish Open in April. Let me tell you, you can expect the BEEF! BEEF! BEEF! chants to be going crazy.
