Seeking $3.3 million for punitive damages, they were awarded $7,323.75. The club spent nearly $1 million modifying the second hole, moved the tee box, erected a 40-foot net, but it wasn't enough for the couple, who's lawsuit alleged nuisance, trespass and negligence against the club for the dozens of balls that flew into their yard each year.
